JNM Trading & Consignment reserves the right to make adjustments to fees if necessary. Customer will be notified before any additional fee or adjustments are made. Item will be listed only once at rates quoted. If item is re-listed then the listing fee will apply again.
All items must be in the possession of JNM Trading Consignment before listing unless other conditions are agreed upon. A consignment agreement will be filled out and signed with customer's information for every transaction. A copy or driver's license or photo I.D will be required.
If item does not sell customer is responsible for pick. If not picked up in specified time period then storage fees will apply. JNM will notify once listing has ended. You have 30 days from notification to pick up item. After 30 days item will become property of JNM Trading & Consignment.
Once items are sold, consignor will be notified. When payment is received from buyer and has cleared, JNM will mail check to you within 10 business days. We can also arrange for you to pick up payment at JNM Trading & Consignment. We do not sell firearms, perishables or pets. We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) we deem unacceptable.
